The replacement 454ci V8 was rebuilt and installed in 2015, according to the seller. The engine features a Turbo-Jet 375HP air-cleaner cover, and exhaust headers have been added. The seller states that the thermostat, radiator hoses, and battery were replaced in 2024.
Power is directed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear end housing a Positraction limited-slip differential. The dual exhaust system utilizes Flowmaster mufflers and a crossover pipe.
